As an out of network provider for insurances other than those above, sessions can be reimbursed by the insurance company. You will receive a Super Bill by your provider to seek reimbursement. For ease you can use the app Reimbursify. Please talk to your insurance company about what they cover before starting counseling. Ask about their mental health benefits
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel and/or reschedule sessions more than 24 hours in advanced. Less than 24 hours notice results in the full amount of your scheduled session fee.

What is therapy?
Therapy provides a safe space for people to explore their inner worlds, challenge their thoughts, navigate relationships, and work towards personal growth. Everyone’s journey looks different. Life gets messy sometimes, but we can navigate the waters together.
How do I know if my therapist is a good fit for me?
Trust your gut! Are you comfortable with this person? Do you feel you can be open and honest with this person? You deserve to find a therapist who gets you. You don’t have to pick the first therapist you talk to. Find the right fit for YOU!
How much does therapy cost?
$120 per 50 minute session. Initial Consultations are free and take about 20 minutes only of your time to see if we are a good fit!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, you will NOT be charged. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours you WILL be charged the full amount. I understand life happens, so please let me know as soon as possible about rescheduling!
How do I schedule ongoing sessions?
You will use the Portal to log in to schedule your sessions.
Does Rosehip bill for insurance?
Rosehip does not bill for insurance. Rosehip takes private pay. See bellow for more information about out of network if you would still like to use your insurance for sessions.
What does out of network mean?
Out of network means that insurance is not billed by the provider (Rosehip). If you would like to use your insurance, you will be asked to pay upfront for the entirety of the session fee. Then you will receive a Super Bill by Rosehip to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. If you have more questions in regards to your specific insurance, please ask the insurance company.
What is virtual/online therapy?
Rosehip Wellness provides services virtually. You can log onto your computer or phone, and connect with a counselor using the link you will receive by your counselor. These services are 50 mins in length.
